We offer two options. In-chair whitening is completed in a single appointment and delivers immediate results — typically lifting several shades in one session of 60 to 90 minutes. Take-home whitening uses custom-fitted trays and professional-grade gel worn for 30 to 60 minutes daily, or overnight, over two to four weeks. Results between the two are comparable; the choice depends on your preference and schedule.
Professional whitening agents work on natural tooth structure only. Crowns, veneers, and composite restorations do not change colour. If you have visible restorations on your front teeth, we’ll tell you clearly what whitening will and won’t change — and whether it affects the sequence of any planned cosmetic work.

Results typically last six months to two years depending on diet and maintenance habits.

Whitening fees depend on which option you choose and are confirmed at your assessment. (Please add specific pricing before publishing.) Private health funds generally do not cover cosmetic whitening. Payment plans are available. We process any applicable health fund claims on the spot via HICAPS.

It depends on your natural tooth colour and the type of staining. Professional whitening works best on yellow and light brown staining from food, drink, and ageing. Grey or tetracycline staining responds less predictably. We’ll give you a realistic expectation at the assessment — based on your actual teeth, not a best-case example.

Over-the-counter products vary significantly in quality; incorrect use can cause surface sensitivity or enamel wear.
